This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I am writing to inform you of a potential scam operation in which individuals are impersonating your company to offer fraudulent remote job opportunities. I was recently contacted by someone claiming to be from NexGen Asset Management, using the email address [email protected]. They offered me a position as a Remote Data Entry Clerk and scheduled a phone interview for August 1, 2025. However, the interviewer never called, and my follow-up emails were ignored. Upon further investigation, I realized the domain nexgenassetsonline.com does not match your official website domain (nexgenam.com). This discrepancy, along with the suspicious interview process, led me to believe this was a scam attempt designed to impersonate your organization. I wanted to bring this to your attention in case others are being targeted using your company’s name. It may be helpful to issue a public alert or report the fraudulent domain to prevent further misuse of your brand. Please let me know if there’s any additional information I can provide to assist you in addressing this matter. Best regards, ****** *******
