On July 10, 2025, I ordered: Labubu dolls from Labuboxes.com thinking that it was a legitimate website. I received a text message from this site giving me a receipt of purchase & a USPS tracking number. Missing from the receipt of purchase: •origin of purchase not stated, no address, no phone number, no business number of the business •USPS tracking number does not work •[email protected] is the only contact information provided • expected delivery date was not given I have reached out twice to this business, the first time was to let them know the tracking number didn’t work. They said they were having issues & would fix it and sent me a new text. The tracking number still didn’t work. I reported the purchase to my credit card provider & they are reversing charges. I emailed the business a second time to inquire about the whereabouts of my purchase & have not received a response.
