I ordered 2 cotton blend dresses from the website that said it was owned by Laura and James (and their kids). The headline was LAURANEWYORK and the photo of the owners were middle aged Americans. When the item arrived it clearly came from China and was polyester and of terrible quality. I started a return with the email on their website. What followed was an email saying how sorry they were, and would I accept 10% return of the funds without returning the items. I said no, I wanted to full refund of 107.92$. Then they offered 30% refund, and finally 50% refund. Each time I asked them for their address and phone number to return the item which they said was in ASIA, they would send an email with more requirements, and even changed the website to reflect a change of policy. First it was it will cost 10$, I said fine, take it out of the return refund. Then they said it would be 10$ per item. Then they said it was 10$ plus 9.95$ for shipping. There were 15 emails and in each I'd ask for their address to return the item, and in each they would not give it to me. Finally they said I had to pay in advance 10$ and then they'd give me the address. I dont' want to give them more money but they won't give me the address. It seems they are trying to get more money out of me, and have no plans of refunding to my amex.
