I purchased a linen blouse through an ad on Instagram. A cheap, counterfeit, sweat-shop, paper-thin cotton blouse mimicking the blouse advertised was delivered. I have been back and forth in emails with someone representing the company trying to get a refund and the only way (they claim) they will provide a refund is for me to send the blouse back to China for a cost of over $100, which, needless to say, I will not be doing. They first offered to send me another blouse to ensure my satisfaction (however, not the one that I originally intended to buy) for a small fee! Of course, I have no intention of losing more money to these criminals. So, my only recourse at this point is to file a claim with the credit card company, which I now intend to do. However, this provides me with no satisfaction in terms of sticking it to these rotten thieves.
