Company sent a postcard through the US Mail saying: "FirstName LastName, This notice is regarding your recently closed mortgage recorded on date. We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at 833-370-3995 as soon as possible." At the bottom in fine print: "All information provided by Mortgage Services Group, LLC. 877-899-1809. Not affiliated with, sponsored by, and loan information not provided by your current lender." About 2 weeks prior we got a similar post card from the same group but this time referencing the new loan recently taken out. Since a new loan was not initiated it was immediately identifiable as a scam. Both of these were received within 2 months of selling and buying houses
