On July 24 of 2025 I was on the application called. What not I was in the process of purchasing what was told to me by the seller and authentic bottle of Bacharach 540 perfume upon receiving the item July 28, 2025 I did a full inspection and I noticed that the item that was sent to me and that I purchased was counterfeit. I then try to reach out to the support team as well as the seller and both entities denied my claims. I provided pictures proof and how to identify an authentic bottle of Baccarat 540 perfume. I was denied a refund and they closed my case. I have evidence and I have proof that the product that was sold was counterfeit when I told the seller, he did not deny it, and there are multiple people that he has sold these items to stating that they are real when they are counterfeit when looking at his reviews, multiple people have stated that they have received counterfeit bottles of perfume that he identified as authentic he is scamming, and this application is allowing people to be scammed.
