I saw an advertisement on Instagram for greatly reduced prices on the Janie and Jack website. I ordered several things and paid $80.00. I knew in an instant that I had been scammed. The actual total was higher and then I was given an additional discount. I knew it felt wrong but thought since it appeared to be their website with clothes that I was completely familiar with, it must be okay. I received an email with some crazy tracking number. I knew I was duped for sure when I attempted to track the items from Hong Kong. Over a month later the tracker said it was delivered on 7/16/25 but it never was. I have cameras all around my house and I have never had a package taken from my house. I reviewed the footage for the day and only had one delivery, and that was mail in my mailbox.
