This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I have read online that the phone number used has scamed others, mainly elderly people I have recieved consistent 3 years now all with different Customer ID #’s and different ‘FINAL NOTICE DATES’ snail mail pink slip letters using my name & an old Mortgage Lenders name that is no longer holding my Loan stating: “It is important you contact our office at 1-888-404-4504 upon receiving this notice to avoid unnecessary delays in your coverage before this date” and each letter the date is different _ and they have ALL been ‘final notices’ for years now i have a stack of these pink notices. “This notice is to inform you that the property’s home warranty, at ———my personal address —— secured by ——my old mortgage lenders company name—- may be expiring soon! Please call us immeadiately as this will be our FINAL ATTEMP TO NOTIFY YOU” SINGED BY A VICKY MERCER PROGRAM ‘DIRECTOR’ I have called this company twice over a 2 years period and asked that they take me off the mailing list. I talked to a man who hung up on me, i called back and got another man who called himself SHANE who was beyond rude when i asked him direct questions. He Lied and then asked if i was a renter or owner. Then he started yelling saying he wont take me off the mailing list in-fact they are going to send me MORE FLYERS!!!! He was aggressive and very negative. This scam operation needs to be dealt with by the proper authorities. No emails or web address’s, no company name on the mailed notice, nothing to identify who they are. Just 2 jokers on the other line of a phone number. In fact I think it was the same man i talked with 2 years ago, his tone and responses reminded me I've talked with this exact same jerk before.
