I placed an order in early January 2025 for two sweatshirts and a T-shirt that were also supposed to come with a free glass as well. A few weeks after my order I received an email saying that they were still working on my order but I would receive it within 2-3 weeks. After that I received no further update and messages to their social media account, comments tagging the account and emails requesting an update were ignored with no reply other than automated messages. It’s been 8 months and I have yet to receive my order or a response from the company.
