I purchased a dress from the website. The return policy was clear that the seller would provide a return label if needed. My return was “approved” but I’ve been arguing back and forth with them for over a month trying to get my money back. They are refusing the send me a return label even though their website clearly states that they will and still does to this day. The dress was not only poorly made but also did not match the measurement sizes stated on their website. I’ve sent their company over 20 emails fighting to get my money back. They keep sending me emails back saying the same thing - Hello ******, We sincerely apologize for any disappointment you have experienced with your recent purchase. For us to proceed with the refund request we would like to ask you to send the item receive back to us. Once the returned package is delivered to our warehouse and the item's condition is inspected, we will initiate the refund promptly. We would like to remind you that shipping fees for the return and the original shipping fees are non-refundable. When sending the return shipment, please avoid declaring a very high value, as we do not accept freight collect shipments, and any customs fees incurred will not be our responsibility. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at [email protected]. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. They are false advertising and refusing to give me my money back. They claim that their warehouse used to be located in the USA but is now located in china so they no longer provide return shipping labels at this time. The company is a scam and now I’m out the money and left with a poorly made dress.
