I joined rewards unlocked to play 25 games to get my $1,000 reward/gift card. I am 56 years old. I have 4 daughters I am a single mother. I found out about this app and was interested thought what a good idea so l can make extra money for my daughters to get them school supplies and school clothes and also just be able to spoil them since it's hard now a days. I did over 25+ deals. I had 8 days remaining and finished. My phone broke after I completed 21 deals which is $750. 1 used my old phone to finish the deals to get $1,000 and cash out. It was not in my hands that my phone broke. The screen wouldn't even turn on I had it at the phone store 10 days!!! They denied me after ! submitted my id which I wear the hijab. Ive been going back and fourth with them and they keep coming up with excuses or being shady. Now they won't answer me. This is not fair at all. I worked my butt off to play over 25+ game as I am 56 years old who works comes home cooks cleans laundry spends time with my daughters. I did all of this for my daughters and now I'm getting denied my gift card even tho I did everything l was suppose to. I am so disappointed because I was excited to just take my 4 daughters shopping for school. I deserve my reward. I worked 2 months on it and 25+ games and tried my absolute best. This is just discrimination and not fair. (I cried and can't stop crying because that's a lot of money that I earned that I deserve. I also have proof of all my deals being completed. I just want what I earned. That's all :( please help me. First they said it’s because I used 2 devices even tho I got past $750 but my device broke it was not in my hands. Then said someone in my household (apartment building) is disqualified from the program even tho when I first started it asked for my phone number name and address and said I qualify and can continue. Also their very rude and not helpful and continue ignoring their customers. This is all a scam to make money and steal information
