I purchased 6 items that were advertised as 100% authentic PopMart Labubus. Shipping said it would take 7-14 business days, it took well over a month. In this time, I was in constant communication with kawaiiroom asking for the status of my shipment and asking if this was a scam - they said it was in transit and it was not a scam. Order was placed on June 24th, and order arrived on July 28th. The items received are knockoff counterfeit Labubu dolls, made in very poor quality. There are numerous youtube videos and blog posts about how to spot a fake Labubu, and mine met all of the qualifications for a fake. I have reached out to the company informing them that I received fake Labubu's and need a refund. I have not heard anything back.
