This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I ordered a camera, Powershot G7x Mark III Black, through the merchant June 13th for $59.86 ($49.99 plus tax) in hopes to use it. Messaged the merchant July 1st at [email protected] asking for an update, no response. I emailed again the same email above asking for a refund with no response July 14th. On July 20 was the last message via email I sent with no response. I have reported the merchant via Shopify July 28th for a refund and through BBB in hopes no one else does the same mistake I have made.
