This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
They left two voicemails on my phone stating they had a loan approval ready for me but wanted me to call them to clear up a few last minute questions to ensure a payout. I looked up the number they told me to call back and it has been flagged by several people as a scam 833-727-8488
