Online ad from Maple Boutique Canada depicting a high end local Boutique that is closing with pictures of the husband and wife owners who are retiring. Pictures of upscale clothing, orthopedic advertised shoes and showing discounts due to closure. After ordering received shoes that were plastic and clothing that was very poor quality and nothing like products advertised. When complaint filed they offered 15% and then 30% but when I asked for a full refund they said I had to ship back and cost would be $30. Shipping is actually to China and FEDEX quote was over $400. When I wrote back to complain they did nothing.
