I purchased a product (a soy milk maker) from TheNutr.com on January 6, 2025. The product functioned normally for six months and then suddenly stopped powering on without any warning. The unit is covered under a 1-year warranty clearly stated on the company’s website. I contacted their customer service on July 22, 2025, via email ([email protected]) to request assistance under the warranty. It has now been a week, and I have received no reply—not even an acknowledgment of my request. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that the company was highly responsive at the time of purchase, but became completely silent the moment I requested support for a defective item. After being ignored, I attempted to file a dispute through PayPal, but they denied the request because I was 15 days past their 180-day limit. I then contacted Discover Card, but they were also unable to take further action because the seller was unresponsive. I have exhausted all normal channels to resolve this issue. I feel that TheNutr.com has failed to honor their warranty and has acted in bad faith by ignoring a valid and timely request.
