I googled customer service for Molina and came up with that number. Upon calling i was asked to verify my information to access my account. Then i was told i must pay off my past due balance and he would do that for me over the phone. Once i began to inquire about the balance the person on the phone became irrate and hung up. I've called back a few times to further investigate but i cannot get beyond the automated answering service anymore
