Purchased a vanity from the Litfad website. When the box arrived, it looked like it had been dropped kicked off a ship. Zero packaging of the vanity inside the box. The vanity was in a million pieces and couldn't be used if you tried. The company refuses to give a full refund or at best after a million emails will agree to a 20% refund after I ship the merchandise back. The shipping back to China would be over 400.00. I paid 400.00 for the item. I provided all photos of the damaged box and item according to their policy as well has notified them the day the product arrived. This company is a scammer with no phone number. They only communicate via email and start with a refund amount of 5% and barely creep up this percent after over 20 emails. Beware and do not buy anything from them.
