I ordered my daughter a doll from this website. The doll was advertised as being a n authentic "Labubu," doll. After placing the order, I saw a post on Instagram suggesting that this website I had just ordered from could possibly be a scammer so I tried to cancel the order. This company ignored me for 3 days and when they finally responded they claimed that it was too late for me to cancel my order because it had already shipped. When my doll arrived it was absolutely fake and poorly made, within 24 hours the eyes had fallen right off. I sent video and still picture evidence to the company and demanded a refund. Instead, they sent me an email saying they would send a replacement doll. I responded to that by telling them I did not wish to have a replacement doll I would simply like a refund. I have not heard from them since.
