Merchandise received is not authentic and is significantly misrepresented on retailer’s IG platform. The items were advertised as Labubu, but upon inspection, they are clearly Lafufu—unauthorized and counterfeit products. The following issues are glaring and deeply concerning: • No QR code present on the tag or packaging — a basic authenticity marker. • The pull tab on the box is defective and did not pull through as it should. • The ring accessory is significantly smaller than those found on genuine Labubu figures. • The eyes are the wrong color, and there is no glitter — a key design feature. • The teeth paint is misaligned, showing poor craftsmanship. • The arms do not close together, and both hands and feet are loose, further indicating poor build. • The ears point straight up rather than inward. • The head is wobbly and unstable.
