Wife was discharged from the hospital and needed an oxygen concentrator unit. This website claimed to have excellent customer service and has high ratings. Says fast delivery and easy returns. Purchased the unit and it arrived but was faulty and appeared to have been refurbished. When purchasing it was sold as brand new. Followed what was requested which was to take a video and prove that unit wasn’t working properly. Complied and the unit complaint was that it ran very hot and smelled like it was burning. They said they talked with a technician and this can happen when using the nasal piece so they said to use a new nasal piece. This unit was to be new, it was a brand new nasal piece, and even when trying a new nasal piece same results. The machine is running very hot and it doesn’t feel safe to use as it smells like it is burning. No more communication from the company since following their suggestions. They took $359 dollars and have not had great customer service. It feels like a scam. We are wanting to return the product but the shipping label has a household address and not a business address. When asking for a return label they stopped communicating.
