Despite the U.S.-based shipping promise, the item was actually shipped from Hong Kong. The tracking page reports that the package was delivered, but no package ever arrived at my home. I was home for the entire day the tracking marked the package as delivered. I have outdoor security cameras that confirm no delivery was attempted or completed. No package was received. The website guarantees a 100% Risk-Free Purchase and includes the following satisfaction pledge: "We take pride in our products as we believe they are amazing. However, we understand that buying things online can be daunting, especially for the first time, so we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I am reporting this seller for false advertising, misrepresentation of shipping origin, and failure to honor clearly stated refund and replacement policies, which may constitute consumer deception or mail fraud.
