This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
This app somehow got my info and opened an account in my name. They took an initial fee of 17.99. I emailed and told them I hadn't signed up and to please close any accounts that are in my name. They didn't close my account and they have been charging my account relentlessly.
