Received the dress but it was too small. The original company name, Fresh North, was said to be located in Charlotte, NC. Returns were to be sent to China. Ad said 30 Day Money Back Guarantee...Free USPS shipping within the U.S. No information as to what the dress is made of. It was made of a harsh stiff fabric. Nothing like the picture. Returning means I have to pay shipping TO CHINA not North Carolina, a 15% restocking fee. I must select a shipping provided that offers customs clearance in China. Paying alll customs, duties, fees and taxes. Providing the correct documentation for customs clearance. PER COMPANY: "We are not liable for returns delayed or rejected due to customs issues or incorrect shipping methods. We charage a 15% restocking fee on all returns to cover inspection, processing and inventory management. Please note: We do not offer free returns. All return costs - including shipping, customs fees, and restocking charges - are the responsibility of the customer. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA."
