Description

Ad for Ovalohealth.com appeared on Instagram. I followed the link to the website lured by a promise of a discount on product BPC-157, which is apparently the only product they sell. Followed the order form and ordered a one month supply of the product to try it for $59.99 which supposedly comes with an extra free bottle of the product (2 for 1). There was a confirmation email that seemed legit, but no info on tracking other than an estimate of 7-14 days (not sure if that was ever provided on the website at time of order). 10 days later no product or any other communication except a marketing email to entice me to buy more product, so I emailed the support email on the order confirmation frustrated with not receiving the product and asking to cancel the order. They responded with an apologetic email saying the product was already shipped, providing a tracking number that linked to something completely in Chinese that appeared to show something left Hong Kong for Chicago, and saying all sales are final so no cancellation possibility. When I then emailed support again to understand what I was looking at in the supposed shipment tracker, they simply responded that the product comes from an FDA-certified lab in China and that all sales are final. No attempt to explain anything in the confusing info completely in Chinese. Upset, I demanded to know when the product would be delivered and asked to cancel the order and threatened to pursue legal remedies, to which they responded again that all sales are final with some apologetic words but no specifics on shipping. After multiple emails demanding to know when the product would arrive it became clear they never intended to ship any product. Nearly 30 days after my order, still no product. Submitted a dispute to my credit card company. It appears the entire website and possibly the company is a scam, and I was decieved by what appeared to be a legitimate business. They have no street address, and the Florida Secretary of State shows no active company wi the this name. Tried calling the phone number in the website but the line is not answered and is either permanently busy or disconnected, they clearly do not want to actually talk to anyone. They took $60 from me, I can’t imagine how much they have taken from other consumers worldwide. Extremely important to avoid Ovalo Health at all costs. Total scam.
