Ball Mastery So Cal advertises on Instagram for soccer training services. This used to be a ligament training but lately the owner Evan Shelton has been taking money and not providing training. He will continue to evade and is now in California promising refund but not following through. I believe he is operating his business illegally because I was not able to find it in the Hawaii Business Search. His website www.ballmasterysocal.org also appears not to be working. He continues to post advertisements on Instagram and Facebook with Ball Mastery So Cal as the title.
