I received a card for gift and used it for fishing licenses at Walmart later i went to use it and found out $53 was missing so i called the card and did s dispute because it had a bunch of $3-$5 charges for a football pot in a state no where near me. I filled out the dispute and signed it. They said it would take up to 4 months to just wait . A year later lots of calles and emails later they told me they want do anything a case is closed unless i can come up with the original receipt. It was a gift from my son he doesn't ever give me the receipts he just wrights the amount on card . Plus wy didn't they ask for that a year ago when i probably could have got the receipt. I still have the card but they want do anything. Everyone i talked to was a foreigner so im thinking this is overseas. This card is a scam . The name Secure spend is a scam to make people think the cards are safe from theft but the card company is stealing from card users
