I called the number on the Bills Garage Door website to request repair of garage door opener. A technician came out, told me the opener needed replaced and he could do it that day. He did not have any paperwork to show me about the choices, just verbal descriptions. He did not give me a receipt, said 'the company' would email it to me 'in a few minutes'. That never happened. I paid with a check. He had me make the check out to E2X Services, NOT to Bills Garage Door. He told me to call him or the office if I had any problems. The next evening, I realized that the light on the opener was not working. I called 'Roby' and left a message. I then looked at the website and realized that the phone number was a completely different phone number than the one I had originally called. Every time I've looked at the website there is a new phone number. I realized that although the website says 'locally owned', there is no address nor city nor state to be found. “Roby” texts from 2 different places: [email protected] and 201-920-9463. The original number that he called me on was 206-538-1899. I also discovered that the opener he installed costs $179 at Home Depot. He was at my house for about an hour.
