This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I checked the mail earlier today and received a folded advertisement for a giveaway at a local car dealership. It listed prizes that value over $50,000, enticing potential victims to play. I looked up the website and was greeted with articles that claimed that the site was fraudulent and stealing card info to sign up for expensive subscriptions at the victim's expense.
