After booking vacations with Wyndham hotels, I was contacted by phone by a company claiming to be a part of club Wyndham telling me that one of the vacation packages that I paid for I didn’t schedule it in time so they’re giving me another chance for an upgraded package so I was charged another amount for this package after waiting for my information to come in the mail and never receiving any, I contacted Wyndham resort they said they had nothing to do with this transaction and tradeshow. Travel company is a scam so I contacted the merchant through the information found on my credit card app and they were claiming to be monster vacations group or monster travel they insisted it wasn’t a scam. I would like my money back because all the reviews online say they are a scam

They represented themselves as- Wyndham resortsImposter and then told me the charge would be showing up as tradeshow travel company when I tried to contact them because I had not received my travel packet. I learned I was speaking with monster travel group. I told him I had contacted Wyndham directly and Wyndham told me they were a scam monster travel group insisted they were not a scam. I would like my money refunded because they misrepresented themselves to me.
