I booked through a Tolo travel agency from ig. They had some prices and girls trips listed but when I asked about them they were a different price when I began to speak with her. After that I asked for something that was more reasonable that had all inclusive and she sent us to cancun. The problem that I'm having is I've tried to contact her and call her from the beginning no answer no response from the number it's always been through email or ig. After that the flights were wrong the times were wrong it kept switching it was misleading and then I was like can you give me a call. she was like yeah I'll call you July 1st this is in June I didn't hear from her until I had to do ACH transfer to get my money back on July 23. She kept switching dates times and then I told her that I was not able to receive some of her emails if she could text them to me because I was not receiving them. we didn't get to opt in or out for protection fir our trip. she didn't call to verify or any of that and I told her that I wasn't able to receive some of the emails. then she came back and say she's going to try to sue me for the whole amount because it was non-refundable and nonexchangeable and we only paid in total of about $1,000 . So how can you try to sue us for the whole of man if we don't go we just don't go and you just keep the money that's there. She said if the people don't come then or dont pay you don't go how can you sue us for that it just kept switching and very lackadaisical with trying to call and reach out when we tried to go through the booking agency that they had through ***** Vacations. they said that we didn't have a confirmation number we didn't have our booking number we didn't have the email on file or phone number we they had a hard time trying to even find our reservation that she booked through. now we feel like we're being scammed, misleading and very neglectful also bait switching. not only me but the other ladies have tried to call the number that is listed on the email and we got no call back or response. I have texts the number its like it don't exist ot just rings and never read the text. The ***** vacation agency couldn't find our stuff they told us to go back and reach out to her because they didn't feel that it was right either. I spoke with the supervisor and three different employees Janae was very helpful she tried to call the travel agency that they had on file listed she was not able to get a hold of anyone either she told me to do the same thing try to reach out to her she only talked through email and then she started trying to talk to me after I did it and now she keeps texting and calling me and harassing me and now it's harassing Communications and trying to threaten me with some type of legal matter for her negligence do not look through them.
