Description

I recently ordered (2) sweaters from the Blue Ocean Project. I received them a month later to find that they were not as described on their website. The quality was subpar and more like something you would find at a dollar store versus a quality clothing vendor. There were also flaws in the fabric and the sizing was completely off. After multiple attempts to resolve and return without success, I am filing this complaint. They will not refund my money. They only want to give me 50% off of an additional item. According to multiple other reviews, it appears that I am not the first person that this has happened to and their noted experieces mirror what has happened to me. The sad part is that they claim to donate a percentage of the proceeds to the conservation of the ocean which was very appealing to me.
