I left a voicemail and sent a text last week, but I haven't heard back so I just wanted to follow up. I'm the one assigned to your file. It looks like we're almost there, everything's nearly approved and ready to go. We just need to confirm a couple details like income related questions address verification. You can also take care of those online through the loan portal. If you have a moment right now press 2 to speak with me or someone from underwriting." I have never inquired with anyone about obtaining a loan.
