It's definitely an AI generated voice claiming to be Vanessa (name changes per call) from Small Business Union's West Coast Branch. They say "I've been trying to connect with you or someone from your finance team over the past few days regarding your business line of credit. I left a voicemail and even sent a text mid last week, but haven't been able to get in touch. If you have a moment now, press 2 to connect with me or someone from underwriting directly. I've been reviewing your file and you're at the final stage of approval. We just need to confirm a couple quick details, including your pending address verification. Just a heads up, rates are changing daily and your approval is only valid through the end of July. If you're ready to move forward, press 2 now. Otherwise, feel free to call us back at (866) 878-1576 and ask for me or anyone on the underwriting team."
