Glider Chair advertised on TikTok for $29.99. Placed order on May 30, 2025 using PayPal. Received order confirmation from Thrzes ([email protected]) on May 30, 2025 Order Number ***********. PayPal confirmation email received May 30, 2025 for payment of $29.99 to MING LINGP LIMITED Order ID 2160701-***********. Received email from Thrzes Customer Support on May 30, 2025. (Note: the reply email address ([email protected]) is different than the “From:” address. ([email protected])). This email listed item and contained links to View Your Order and View and Manage Payment. (Note: Both links (thrzes.Myshoplaza.com) display a page that says “This store is currently unavailable”. ) On June 21, 2025 I replied to Customer Service (service @thrzes.shop) stating that I had not received my order. On June 22, 2025 “service thrzes” replied and informed me that the package had been delivered on June 19, 2025.
