This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Flexjobs does not recruit for any job itself and this is described on their company website. Specifically they state they do not text job offers. I recieved this fradulent job offer via text. “ Hey, sorry to bother you! I'm Sabrina from FlexJobs. We would like to provide you with an online remote job. The daily salary is $100-300 , and you can work 60-90 minutes a day at your favorite time and place (paid by the day). But please note: (you must be at least 20 years old). If you meet the requirements and want to know more, please answer "yes" or "no".”
