Description
I scanned a QR code on packaging I received from another seller. I received a discount offer to purchase an item and did so on June 16, 2025. The email link I was supplied in the order response email was to an undeliverable address. I made several attempts to contact the seller and never received a response until I informed them on July 7th, by text ( (404) 795-8503 ), that I had filed an FTC complaint. The response was the item was out of stock (the website says all items are in stock and ship within 48 hrs) but they would receive a shipment on July 14th. They offered to refund my money if I couldn't wait but I needed the item and said the 14th would be fine. On July 18th, I attempted to contact them by text for an update but have received no response. Others need to be made aware of the difficulties involved with doing business with this company. Any help would be appreciated.
