Description
Received a phone call that I didn't recognize, so I pushed to voicemail to see what they want. They claimed they were a person named Evelyn (could tell it was voice to text female voice). Stated they were with Lending Union West Coast branch and that they were assigned to my file. They wanted to get income related details to confirm and address. The whole pace of the voice was wrong as they didn't do any natural breathing stops, and just raced through the script.
