Description
I have zero debt other than an auto loan that I have never had a late payment on. The number 91651 has texted me twice: Message 1 on July 17, 2025: “This text is from Shepherd Outsourcing, a debt collector regarding your JEFFERSON CAPITAL SYSTEMS LLC account. Visit https://portal.shepherdoutsourcing.com/s/TcqXU. Reply stop to opt-out or call 888-991-5696. # of messages varies. Message & data rates may apply. This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. . SOG Ref# 1001561141 Reply STOP to opt out.” Message 2 on July 22, 2025: “We have limited time to work with you before we return your JEFFERSON CAPITAL SYSTEMS LLC account to our client. See your options at https://portal.shepherdoutsourcing.com/s/RAwQV or call 888-991-5696. This text is from Shepherd Outsourcing, a debt collector. Reply stop to opt-out”
