I was having a problem with my oven regarding the temperature. I tried to troubleshoot the issue of calibrating it on line. I came across a site called JustAnswer.com. I read through the information on the site and figured I could probably handle this problem myself if someone told me how to do it. I was led to believe that the question I had would be answered for $30.00. The $30.00 charge was in October 2024. Unfortunately this was not a one time fee for an answer to a question. It appears this $30.00 was actually a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. Why I would need a monthly subscription for 1 answer to 1 question back in October is beyond me. And foolish me just noticed it on my bank statement. Today is July 21, 3025. I thought I was saving money on have a repairman come to my house and this certainly was not the case.
