Description
Apparently when you purchase an infinity hoop they automatically enroll you into a subscription service that is not made known and they do not tell you they will charge you. I was charged $19.99 and immediately investigated and found that they had enrolled me into a subscription. I cancelled it and contacted customer service to get my money back, but they said they can't refund the money due to their terms. This is ridiculous and a scam to get money from people without their knowledge.
