Description

I ordered two 40’ connex from Au Containers on 7/2 (https://aucontainers.com/contact-us/). I immediately received an email with a payment link, and I paid for the order. I called the store on 7/3 and spoke with a gentleman that answered the phone to ask for the lead time. He told me after I paid that I would receive a tracking number. I called on another date to ask for my tracking number again and emailed them on 7/9, but I never received a tracking number. On Friday, 7/18, I called the number again (252-679-8172). A man answered the phone, and I told him that I had never received my tracking number, and I wanted to know where my connex were. He said OK, hold on a minute, and then the call dropped. I called back immediately and the phone rang and rang. I hung up the phone and called back again. This time, a message came on that the number I was dialing is no longer in service. I tried multiple times then on Friday, again on Saturday, and again this Monday morning, but I am still receiving the same message that the number is no longer in service.
