Fraudulent claim filed with Medicare for services/products provided by Opeyemi Agboola of ND Medical Solutions LLC, Fort Washington, PA, that I did not receive. According to internet research of this company, there have been numerous fraudulent claims filed by this company with Medicare for the same amount during the same time frame (5-6 Feb 2025).
