Description

Scammer ran an ad on Facebook pretending to be Faherty. The ad copied the look of Faherty's marketing and was promoting Sale prices. Their site looks just like the Faherty website. I ordered three "sale" items. The only way to pay was through PayPal - which is usually my preferred method anyway. After paying I never received any type of confirmation email back. But I did get a notification from PayPal. I went back to the website that I ordered from and noticed the url https://faherty-us.com was different than the normal Faherty website https://fahertybrand.com. The deeper you dig into the scam website the more you can tell that they are fake. Notified Paypal immediately and they are still making me wait a certain amount of time before taking any action. Meanwhile Paypal went ahead and let the transaction go through and charged my credit card.
