To make matters worse, I am now being asked to go through an unnecessarily complicated return process, which feels more like a deterrent than a resolution. As the consumer, I should not be held responsible for returning an item that was misrepresented and poorly made. Furthermore, I was instructed to return the item to your “facility in Ningbo,” yet no shipping address was provided.
