I ORDERED A GOWN TO WEAR TO A WEDDING. THE DRESS THAT I RECEIVED WAS POORLY MADE SEVERELY OVERSIZED AND IN A DIFFERENT FABRIC FROM WHAT WAS SHOWN ON LINE. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED I HAVE REQUESTED A RETURN TICKET TO SEND THE GOWN BACK. I PAID $164.00 FOR THIS ITEM. COMPANIES SOLUTION: Would you consider any of the following proposals? 1. Keep the item and we can create a 30% off coupon code for you. It can be applied to your future purchases at Missacc; 2. Keep the item, and we would like to offer a $22 refund for you; 3. Start a return to get the refund of the item value (product refund will be processed only after we received your returned parcel).
