Saw pictures of quilts and they looked beautiful-the quality of the fabric is poor, binding does not match quilt-it is gray quilt is blues, the batting is very thin, the picture was not woven into the fabric but put on by a camera so it looks very cheap, and the quilting is done by a sewing machine so it looks like puzzle pieces. The quilt was dropped on my doorstep in a plastic bag, it had the address of the trucking company that delivered it-I did not receive any receipts, the name, address, or any other information about Vantique. I could not send the quilt back because I did not have an address, telephone number or e-mail address that was correct. The information that was provided to me after I stopped payment on my Capital One Card is false. I was told to contact Britney Barer (she is a metrologist in Virginia) at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW ( that is the address of the white house) 1-202-456-1414 ( telephone number to white house security office) the e-mail address never worked. How can I return this item if I don't know the address. I am including the letter I received from Capital One regarding this vendor.
