Description
On 07/17/2025, at 3:39pm, my dad received a call from a person claiming to be from UnitedHealthcare (UHC). The person said that UHC has a new program that can help my dad with his appointments. The person said her name is Crystal. Crystal provided 855-409-7073, ext 7007 as the call back number. I've tried to call both 855-409-7073 and 870-666-3104 and wasn't able to reach Crystal. There was only an option to leave a voicemail message. My dad gave Crystal his mailing address, birthdate, and next doctor's appointment. This appears to be a scam to me because my dad isn't eligible for UHC's care navigator services and his insurance agent said that UHC doesn't have any new programs and my dad cannot switch programs mid-year.
