On April 3, 2025, I placed an order for a necklace/pendant from N.P. Jewelry during their live stream on TikTok. The total cost was $400 and I was told it would take approximately 2 weeks to make and ship the item. I made payments on this item and my last payment was on May 29, 2025. To date, I have never received this item and despite multiple follow-ups, the seller has failed to ship the item or issue a refund. The seller has failed to deliver the agreed-up item and is refusing to issue a refund despite repeated delays and unfulfilled promises. I am not the first person that this has happened to and I have a 16 page document that shows at least 14 people that this has happened to. The problem is, they are constantly moving as they live in an RV. I have come to learn that Nathaniel David Poulin is a known scammer and was charged with 4 counts of theft by deception in Maine in 2017. In that case, he posed as a landlord, had people sign a fake lease, and took a lot of money from people. He is continuing to scam people online using the TikTok platform. On TikTok, he is selling jewelry and only some people get what they ordered. He also has a young girlfriend, Paige Ward that is helping with this scam.
