This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Was advertised a product at discount price for subscription of $9.99. Once i found out that wasnt true, i called support and got subscription canceled. Instead of canceling immediately they charged me an additional $44.00 claiming it was within their 14 day window, and refused to reimburse it.
